MAIN FLOOR
The main floor is the heart of the venue: an open room that holds up to 1,200 standing, 450 theater-style or 300 at banquet rounds of ten. It faces a 28-by-20-foot stage built from removable 4-by-8-foot panels, with a removable crash barricade and two DJ risers, so it can become a keynote platform, a runway or a DJ booth.

MEZZANINE
Above the main floor, the mezzanine has its own entrance and a full-service bar with cocktails and premium spirits. It seats 75, looks straight down to the stage, and four 84-inch screens carry a live feed. It works for executive receptions, sponsor lounges, VIP seating or a family lounge at a celebration.

GREEN ROOMS
Two private green rooms sit backstage, each with a full bathroom and shower, a lounge, a wet bar, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, a monitor with a live stage feed and access to a private smoking patio. They serve as artist dressing rooms, speaker prep, hair and makeup or a family room.
Our headlining artists might never want to leave our Performer’s Lounge which is outfitted with tons of comfortable seating, a dry bar, & an entertainment center wired up to watch DirecTV, your favorite streaming service, or a live feed from our stage. The lounge has direct access to stage, a private restroom with a shower, & an outdoor patio area.
ENTRANCE PATIO & LOBBY
Located on Vermont Avenue, the theater’s main entrance features a retro styled marquee that will capture the attention of everyone that passes by. Once inside our doors, you can enjoy food on our open-air patio while you await the performers to hit the stage. Our main lobby bar boasts a marble top with copper accents, framed by mesmerizing LED-illuminated wall panels.
An open-air patio off the entrance gives guests a place to step outside, eat or take a break between sets.

How do I book a private event at The Vermont?
Private events are booked through the special event inquiry form. Share your date, guest count and the type of event, such as a corporate event, brand activation, bar or bat mitzvah, holiday party or video shoot, and the events team replies within one business day with availability and a proposal. Popular dates, especially weekends and the holiday season, book six to twelve months ahead, and first and second date holds are available while you finalize plans. Site visits are available by appointment. Minimum spend depends on the date, the day of the week and the spaces you book, and your proposal sets out exact figures. Catering comes from the venue’s preferred vendor list, caterers outside the list can be approved, and kosher catering is available. You’re welcome to bring your own DJ, MC, décor, florist, photographer or production company, and valet and venue security are provided at every private event.
